Murder and Peril in Various Locations

Reading The Guardian-UK recently, there was an article about Agatha Christie's books:  under the article, Comments had poured in, people arguing, attacking, championing, nit-picking, professing a lack of interest ("Then why are you here commenting?!")

So funny.

United Kingdom people sort of feel like they own Literature, because they have a long tradition.  There is passionate interest; stands are taken.

I have not read Agatha Christie:  her name was familiar to me when I was a little girl -- adults would mention -- "Agatha Christie!"
